Great seminar, great sensei (5 8th dans and 10 7th dans) 14 hours kendo per day! Well done to the 4 Cork kendoka (Martin, Vince, Hisano and Robin) who flew the Irish Flag for the 4 day event. It was tough going with early morning starts from 06:30, and finishing at night at 21:30 but we all got thru it aand learned tons over the weekend. Well done
