Well we faught hard but unfortunately we returned from the Irish nationals with no prizes this year. We did get some some great experience ref’ing and excellent advice and guidance from the sensei there, which we will gladly pass on to ye!

No training this Friday as we’ll be heading to Dublin for the Irish Nationals.

For the next 2 weeks we will be testing a Friday night bogu only training class. Class will commence at 19.30 in the front hall and will finish at 21:00. Beers afterwards will be optional.

We are going to implement a new Bogu strategy in the Cork Club. Everyone who has not practiced in the last 2 months need to return their bogu to the club as we have beginners who need bogu. Also over the next few weeks we will be providing facilities to store club bogu onsite so you not need to carry it home with you after every class, you may leave it in the dojo.
